Just a note of thanks for your outstanding work in finding me (yet another) dream home. You are 2 for 2. Your extensive marketplace knowledge is impressive; however, your ability to ask the right questions, and drive forward the process no matter what circumstances are encountered, truly distinguish you in my estimation. Every step of the way, in both my Nov 2004 horse farm purchase and my June 2006 townhouse purchase, your insightful and thoughtful questioning and suggestions brought into focus those elements of true importance. Once properly framed, the answers were obvious. I could literally fill pages with examples of your leg work in pacing off distances, calculating drive times, triangulating school/home/work routes, suggesting architectural improvements that were adopted in final home renovation work, but suffice it to say, you produced extraordinary results in both of my home buying experiences. As you are probably aware we settled on our house at 13 Donna Lane in Wayne earlier this month.
We wanted to let you know that your agent, Tom Lowy, went far beyond what would have normally been expected of a seller’s agent.
We had moved to South Carolina at the beginning of October and our house only went on the market the day we moved.
If it had not been for Tom’s diligence with constant attention to detail and obtaining contractors to perform various work, the conclusion may have been quite different from the successful sale it was. With 3 homes on the same side of the street for sale at the same time, there was a great deal of confusion among the realtors, but Tom’s extra open houses (for both brokers and buyers) were a tremendous help in eliminating the confusion.
You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated professional in your organization, his work rates an A+++.

I contacted Tom Lowy back in June 2006 about a property which after getting details from him was more than we wanted to spend. Tom asked me some questions and within the same day gave me information on properties in my price range.
The next day, Tom took us to the property we were interested in. Dear Tom,
Thank you for your great help in finding the right home for me and Karen. We are very grateful for your friendly, professional approach and diligence throughout the process that we felt compelled to put it in a letter.
It’s hard to believe it was only 8 weeks ago when we first met. I found a house online through Realtor.com, gave you a call and we looked at it that afternoon. After the walk through, we found it wasn’t the house for us so you took your time to find out what was most important – to us – and proceeded to suggest a few others within our price range.
Two houses later, we found the one for us. We really enjoyed walking through the process with you – your ideas on accommodating our growing family and how the house would fit our lifestyle were supportive. We never felt pressured or rushed and we really liked the fact that we could contact you with all of our concerns – especially when negotiating the price. Two months later, and we’re in our new home!
Thanks to you, we also found competent people to help us who matched our personalities: mortgage broker, inspectors, exterminator, movers, oil serviceman, and even a good chimney sweep. I can honestly say that without you, it would not have been such a pleasant experience.

Hi tom, everything is going great. Having a house is hard work, there always seems to be somehting to do!! But it is fun...... Thanks for all the help with the house, and baking us that casserole was pretty fantastic. Hope to run into you soon. Enjoy the last month of summer!

Please accept this letter as our method of commending Tom Lowy for his outstanding service to us during the sale and purchase of our homes. His tireless efforts in the sale of the Wright St house-from price determination, improvement suggestions and final settlement advice-made a disruptive and taxing situation bearable.
Tom continued to perform above and beyond the normal call-of-duty during the purchase phase of our adventure. From our initial visit to Freeland to the day of settlement, he was always available for advice, realtor-to-realtor conferencing and the psychic hand holding often needed in the ordeal.
