My clients speak about the quality of my work
==========================
My name is Alex Isbell. My wife Kate and I were extraordinarily lucky to cross paths with Tom Lowy, one of your agents, in the fall of 2005 when she and I were first considering moving out of our apartment in Ardmore and into our own home. In the nearly three years since, Tom not only helped us buy our first home, but he helped us sell a home in June 2008 in some of the most adverse market conditions... After working with Tom twice, Kate and I felt compelled to write this letter to you about Tom to make sure that you understand what an asset to your company he is.....................
Again, although our house was modestly priced at $120,000, Tom worked for us ceaselessly as if it were worth ten times that amount. ... Once again Tom proved himself to be an absolutely outstanding agent and tireless ally in the real estate process. ...............................
As an attorney, I have occasion to work with many professionals. In my career, I have seen a lot of people who take themselves a little too seriously and whose zealousness for their clients’ interests wanes as the amount of money they are likely to earn out of a professional relationship decreases. This is clearly not the case with Tom. In fact, if anything, Kate and I sometimes felt overwhelmed by his enthusiasm, extraordinary energy, and dedication to our cause. Tom is one of a kind and Kate and I want to make sure you are aware of just how remarkable he is.
......rest assured that whenever one of our friends or acquaintances in the Philadelphia area lets us know that they are considering the sale or purchase of a home, we would only be too happy to provide them with Tom’s name and number.
Sincerely Yours,
Alex G. Isbell, Esq.

Please accept this letter as our method of commending Tom Lowy for his outstanding service to us during the sale and purchase of our homes. His tireless efforts in the sale of the Wright St house-from price determination, improvement suggestions and final settlement advice-made a disruptive and taxing situation bearable.
Tom continued to perform above and beyond the normal call-of-duty during the purchase phase of our adventure. From our initial visit to Freeland to the day of settlement, he was always available for advice, realtor-to-realtor conferencing and the psychic hand holding often needed in the ordeal.
We are very grateful to Tom for his help, both as agent and friend.
Sincerely,
Debi Chatman-Royce, Mickey Leonard
